Extended Stays
Our Long Term Stay rates are 50% off our regular nightly rates. Guest’s also pay for their metered electric every 30 days during stay.
A $300 deposit is required to hold the reservation.

Overnight Stays of Visitors with Guests
Daily Adult Rate of $6.00 per person, per night.
Monthly Adult Rate of $100 per person, per month.
Kids under 17 stay always stay free.
2024 Camper Rentals
2 Night Minimum Stay ~ Taxes Not Included in Camper Rental Rates
Guest Stays are Pre-Paid and due at Arrival along with a
$300 refundable deposit to cover any damages or extra cleaning required upon checkout.
Nightly Camper rates are for 1-6 person occupancy
Deposit of 1 night stay required to hold reservation
Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome
Cleaning fee of $65 for the Surveyor and $85 for the Bunkhouse will be added to each reservation
Limited Parking of one vehicle or ATV/Side-by-side at RV Site
Please reserve an Overflow site for additional trailers, vehicles, and toys.
No Smoking of any type inside campers * No refunds for early departure

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, so our Cancellation Policy is as follows:
30+ days in advance of reservation, 100% deposit refund – $25 cancellation fee
15 – 29 days in advance, 50% deposit refund
14 days or less prior to reservation, no refund of deposit

Early departures are considered a cancellation; no refunds or credits for your early departure

Pets are welcome to stay at our park with their responsible owners
Pets must be leashed at all times while outside of RV and must be promptly cleaned up after or owners will be fined an additional cleaning fee
