Long Term Stay Policy: Guests who request our “Long-Term” rate (previously known as a monthly rate), are given a special 2 person occupancy, non-taxable nightly rate for stays of 30 or more nights, consecutively. This rate averages 40% off the regular night rate. To secure this, guests acknowledge the rate conditions below when their reservation is confirmed with a deposit.

Guests are responsible for all dates reserved. If you are receiving this rate, please note there is no refund or credits for early departures and deposit will be forfeited.

Payments will be made monthly in advance of each month. Deposit will be retained until final electric billing. Metered Electric is billed every 30 days, plus taxes. A flat electric rate will be charged for the last night’s stay on the final billing.

Insufficient funds checks will be charged a $40 returned check, and a credit card on account will be required.

It is the responsibility of the Guest to notify the RV Park office and make arrangements when their arrival is delayed. When delayed, guest is responsible for payment for all night’s reserved. Reservation will be cancelled if guest is a no-show.

Additional guests over the rated 2 person occupancy: Guests are to notify the office when they have visitors staying with them. Visitor’s are to park in the overflow parking area. Visitor Rates: Adults $5 & Children 6 yrs. and older $2 per night/per person.

Long-Term stays are not eligible for additional discounts.

Guests may extend their stay based on site availability.

Guests who use a 3rd party storage/delivery service for their RV may incur additional nightly charges should their RV 1) be delivered early, or 2) not picked up on scheduled pickup/checkout date.

Site number is assigned at check-in. We encourage early reservations and requests for specific RV sites, or locations related to amenity preferences. RV sites are assigned just prior to arrival, based on your requests, your RV size, type and the date that your request and deposit was received.

Emails are not accepted as a method of reservation change, delayed arrivals or cancellations.

Reservation Deposit amounts: $100 for 30 or more nights.

Cancellations are unfortunate for the guests as well as the RV Park. Our Cancellation Policy for Long-Term Reservations:
Cancel 61 or more days prior to arrival date, deposit is refunded.
Cancel 60 days or less prior to arrival date, loss of deposit.
No exceptions will be made to the Cancellation Policy.
